I found the time delay in ordering and my friend receiving the items I ordered absolutely ridiculous. They were ordered before Christmas, but I realised posting to Moldova would take time. To not arrive until the 27th February was unacceptable, you claimed they were bespoke items, not really,standard items from your range. I am afraid I will not be passing your name for orders on to anyone.

I cannot review the product as it never arrived. However, the customer service was dreadful, emails were not returned and I could only obtain a refund by going through Paypal.

I ordered a specific tartan scarf on 1st December 2019 as a Christmas gift for my son. I got in touch b4 Christmas to enquire as to an estimated delivery date as I had had no contact from the company besides an order confirmation email. I was informed that the tartan was having to be re-weaved. This was on the 19th is Dec. I replied in good faith that I understood the Christmas rush etc but could I have an estimate if possible. I did not receive another reply until 6th Jan 2020 informing me that the mill had reopened after the holiday and she (Amanda) was trying to get a completion date for the tartan but this reply was only after I sent another email on 3rd Jan enquiring about a completion date for my order. Seriously Amanda you had had plenty of time to speak to someone at the mill to find out or maybe you could have informed me the mill was closed for an extended period over the Xmas holidays. I have since heard nothing from you despite emailing again on the 22/01/2020. It has been 8 weeks since I placed my order and still have not received anything not even a reply to my asking for delivery of the item or a full refund if they are not going to fulfil my order. Would not recommend using them at all. Obviously can’t comment on quality as have not actually received anything from them and as they haven’t replied to my request for actual delivery of my order or a refund if they’re not planning on fulfilling it then I can only say very poor service. If it was possible to leave a no star review I would. Very disappointed and upset customer

Not at all what I was looking for, which was for something warm to put around my neck for winter! This is far too thin for my personal requirements, hence the low star rating. I do admire the quality of the weave, though; I did not realise that lambswool could be woven so finely. My fault for not doing my homework.

I received my order and was dissapointed with the quality and sent you an e-mail asking for details to return the item and get a refund I am still waiting to hear from you. Very poor service

I am very disappointed with the pen I bought, it is for a Christmas present but the personalised name is so tiny you can't even make it out

From the time of ordering nothing, l rang three times to find out why it was taking so long, no reply. It took almost two months to turn up, no apology, l would have to think twice about ordering again. Vivien Bowles

Didn't receive my order, contacted customer services but was ignored and have had to raise a complaint via PayPal in an effort to be refunded. Thankfully it was only a small order but please beware this company especially if you are ordering something special.

VERY POOR SERVICE. Order placed in MARCH, payment taken off card same day. Still have not received items (now nearing end of August). Repeatedly emailed and given excuses, latest email hasn’t even been acknowledged.

I ordered a tie for my husband in May. I sent one follow up email asking for information and was told that ties take about 3 weeks. No other communication was received so now he does not have a tie for our special occasion next week. VERY UNHAPPY!

Have used Scotclans before and went well. This time it was terrible. I provide Clan pins to all immediate family members. I intended to do so at engagement party of my 2nd son. Ordered with plenty if time. Site said item was in-stock. Turns out that was innaccurate at best. Almost 2 months &still don't have product. NO COMMUNICATION from Scotclans to me about alleged errors by their supplier.... ever. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Simply an, oops were sorry.... our supplier pooched it. NO SCOTCLANS, YOU BLEW IT. It's your supplier, your customer, and yes YOUR failure. Don't use Scotclans. They are not dependable, reliable, or competent. I have reached out to them twice now with no 0roduct still. They have never initiated any contact to me about a known supplier issue, per themselves. Total lack of class! Go elsewhere.

Scotclans customer service and communications is third rate. Ordered and Email Confirmation on 12/4. No mention of time. Emailed CS on 1/5 and was told need to made and 2-3 weeks. Emailed SC on 30/5 requesting an update. NO REPLY, Email again 4/5 Requesting Update - NO REPLY. The case will lodged with www.consumeradvice.scot tomorrow and I am not happy the service, contact and outright ignorance. Lift your game - Grant Wollongong NSW Australia Clan Mackenzie descendant.

Product was not what I ordered and product arrived wet and moldy. I ordered a green hat with tartan and received a black hat. Packaging was weak and allowed water inside thus product came with mold. This is the second time they have mis-represented the product. After the first time I was offered a small discount on my next order. That didn't happen. I will never shop there again.

from the website description of this item: "Sorry we are unable to specify the colour of the main part of the baseball cap unless orders are placed for 10 of more." This is clearly printed in the description. regarding the condition it arrived in we are sorry that it dod not reach you in the same condition it left us - items are wrapped carefully and appropriately for the item being sent - in this case it was in a padded envelope which is usually more than adequate - we cannot be held responsible for items that have clearly been abused in transit and you really should take this up with your local postal service - these cap left us in perfect condition and we've used this type of packaging for decades with very few problems.

I purchased a ring and a pair of earrings with red color gem, I also mentioned in purchasing request to pick best matching red color understanding they are natural stones, but shipment came with blue ring and red earrings, not matching at all. Very disappointing.

It was made clear on the item description that every gem is unique and since we don't hold them in stock we cannot determine there colour - you were told when you requested a specific colour that this may not be possible and you were advised before they dispatched that the colours were different. Because of the unique way these are made colours will always vary. Im not sure what you were expecting us to do but we made it VERY clear that your request may not be possible

There was always prompt response to inquiries, but the item that was supposed to arrive for Christmas still hasn’t arrived and probably never will. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Please contact us for the tracking number and please contact USPS, they attempted to deliver this on the 19th.
