“Hey, its already tied with an elastic strap. I failed to notice this when ordering...beware”

Thanks for your review John - I'm not sure how you failed to notice this given that its clearly mentioned in the description AND the elastic strap is clearly visible in 6 of the 7 product images on the page. We sell a self tie bow tie which is CLEARLY DESCRIBED as a self tie bow tie.

“These products are gifts I thought the “ clan badge” looked cheap with its plastic cover. I was surprised the scarf didn’t come in a box or gift wrapped. I will not know until after Christmas when it’s given and unwrapped from my presentation what the quality is. It will fulfill its purpose hopefully.”

The badge cost £7.49 and was made up in the chosen clan to order, given the time it takes to do this and still only costs £7.49 then of course its a cheap badge, if it wasn't s cheap badge we would have charge more for it! also its described as 'resin domed' fail to see the confusion there at all. Furthermore we offer a giftwrap option but the customer declined to take this option and the scarf is not advertised in any way as coming 'boxed'

“Wish their customer service unit was more responsive. Received no purchase confirmation or shipping timing, and they did not reply when I queried both matters.”

just checked our system - order confirmation email sent out, also dispatch email sent - no record of any emails received from this customer using the email address in the original order or order ID. delivery time was as stated. possibly wrong email address entered on the original order or customer has a spam filter.

“Two months after a purchase I am still awaiting to receive my full order. Thus, response time is not especially impressive. The two of four shirts received were a little disappointing given that the imprinted clan logo was not sharp but rather faded grey vs distinct black on a grey background. May or may not repeat purchases with this firm.”

“Ordered January 2018, but had to send several emails to find out why the scarf had not arrived by May 2018. (fabric was not in stock, but I would have preferred to be kept informed. Finally arrived June 2018.”

“5-star for actual item: The products themselves (tie and scarf) are lovely. I'm very happy them. 1-star for service: Unfortunately, the order fulfillment timing was atrocious. I expected a bit of a wait due to the more uncommon name and due to me ordering from a different country, but a 5 month wait for such a small order was very disappointing. (I ordered the set with the hope that it would be a Christmas present... or at least a belated gift in January, but the order in mid-December did not arrive until mid-May.) On top of that, I was the one that had to reach out, twice (January and April), to inquire about my order status instead of receiving consistent information from the company.”

“It would have been helpful to know when I placed the order in early December that you were shut down for the month. I did not get my item in time although I had ordered with 6 weeks. The item has come in and is nice but your business side is lacking.”

“Too small I was under the impression it would be 1.5 inches to 2 inches. need a magnifing glass to see it on my 15 inch tree. But not worth sending it back.”

Website clearly states ornament is 2.5cm (1 inch) wide. Its also advertised as a "Small Antique Style Christmas Ornament" I would have thought it would have been fairly obvious on a 15 inch tree!
