I have bought several items from scotclans over the years without any problems. I ordered a tartan throw on 6th June 2017 which has still not arrived. This order was a tartan scarf ordered on 4th November 2017. I phoned after a month to see where it was and was told there was a problem but because the first order had not arrived they would send a more expensive scarf.Sadly arrived after the last posting day for Christmas. Amanda has been very pleasant and polite and apparently the throws are only produced once or twice a year but maybe this should be made clear as I have now been waiting for seven months.

When the square of tartan eventually arrived (10 days?) I was embarrassed that I'd spent £13 on a tiny piece of cloth. I must be a mug

I purchased a gold Christmas bauble with my clan crest and tartan. When it arrived, I was very disappointed. I thought based on the photo and for £12 plus shipping, I was getting a glass ornament. Turned out to be cheap plastic, slightly dented in a few places, with a sticker sloppily mounted on the front. I’m too embarrassed to give it to the relative I meant it for.

Order never arrived. Had to wait over 8 weeks. Never had a call from them to say sorry and every time I spoke to them they said my order would arrive next week. Awful service

Wrong item was received after waiting two months. Only offered 20% discount on next item. Apparently quality control is not high on their list. Will not order again.

I got 2 carruthers key rings for myself and my wife they were well made but cost to much money if they had of cost less i would of bought more but i will more carruthers things again

Elliott Tie Order 15949 8 May 2017 “Your order has been processed and subject to acceptance will be dispatched as soon as possible” Scotclans. 30 May 2017 “My sincere apologies for the delay of your ties. We have received one and are just waiting for the second to come in. I have been chasing the mill about this order and a few others I will contact them again this morning to make sure we get it in as soon as possible” Nikki-Support...Is there a special occasion for which they are needed? Yes,ties needed for grandson graduation 1-2 June 22 June 2017 “So sorry about this delay. The mill made an error and only made up one tie instead of two. I have just been on the phone with them asking why we haven't received the second tie and they have apologised for the error and the second tie is being rushed through now. Late delivery, no communication, applied additional delivery charge without authorisation and fails to follow up on customer complaints! Would not use this company again nor would I recommend.

Firstly our apologies there was a mis communication regarding the postage upgrade. The customer asked for postage to be upgraded to next day delivery which we did but did not make it clear that this was charged and not free. We have refunded the postage upgrade charge. Regarding 'No Communication' I can see from our system that there was an email exchange between the 14th and 15th of June when the customer requested the shipping upgrade so it is untrue that there was no communication. We have had no subsequent emails or telephone complaints so we have nothing we could have responded to - the item was a few days behind schedule in processing because the order was for more than we normally hold in stock of this item.

Only giving 1 as 0 wasn't an option Ordered in March, received the item in June. Horrendously bad communication Was hilarious charged £5.90 expidited shipping (as I was hoping to get the item the next day if possible as it was for a present). I emailed some time April or may to say don't charge me for expidited shipping but like several other emails, there was no reply to this (despite your website saying this is your preferred method of communication)

I didn't receive anything!! Not one little thing, what a scam. I know our mail is slow out her, but this is just wrong. And, now I have to head back to the states for my brother's funeral -- I will be surprised to see it upon my return.

Order was dispatched 2.5 weeks ago to Bahrain via standard airmail - this is the slowest service we offer and can take 2-3 weeks at least. It was also a very bulky package and this would slow it up even more. We ARE NOT a scam. No record of any enquiries from the customer which we would have been happy to answer.

Did not receive order, did not receive a response to email enquiring as to progress of delivery. Would appreciate a refund for non delivery thank you.

The pin broke almost immediately. The second I removed it from its sheath it snapped off.

Hi. We're sorry this happened. the pins are quite delicate but we sell lots of these and very rarely do we have one break. We would have been happy to replace it though if you had contacted us. We don't appear to have any message from you about the broken pin.

THE PRODUCT IS MADE IN CHINA NOTHING TO DO WITH SCOTLAND AND OVER PRICED WORDS JUST FAIL ME???????.

Hi if you are getting a request for review then it means that your item was sent more than 15 days ago. If you have yet to receive it then there has been a problem with mail delivery (outwith our control). Our records show this as being sent via standard airmail from the UK on January 25th. Can you please check that the item has not been left with a neighbour or that an attempted delivery has not been made. If you have no success with them contact us immediately at support@scotclans.com as this is well outside the expected shipping time for this package.

I consider that the belt i purchased is not fit for purpose. It has a fastener that does not work and only has one strap holder. I am very disatisfied would like a refund regatrds dennis tickle
