“I have bought several items and been pleased. I would give a 5 rating, but about a year ago I ordered a a plaque with the McMillan family crest that included a swath of cloth. I never received that item and could not figure out how to advise you that the item was never delivered. The comments below are regarding my last purchase. Danny A. Bass”

“The Clan pocket watch was purchased for our outgoing Chairman. It was received in perfect condition and there was lots of room to engrave a personal message. “ScotClans makes beautiful products and my husband was so happy with his tie and tie clip. Shipping took a really long time but it was because the tartan pattern I had ordered was out of stock and we live in the US. Overall the product and my husbands happiness was worth the wait! I will definitely purchase more from ScotClans.”

“Hi, placing the order was very easy but waiting for my goods was a different matter. website stated 4 weeks from placing my order. I received no notification at all from yourselves regarding this order apart from the very first email confirming my order. I waited 5 weeks expecting my order to be delivered but nothing. I phoned scotclans only to find out that the tartan I had ordered was out of stock. When was I going to receive notification? Doubt I ever would have! I finally received my order after waiting 7 weeks with no apology at all. Very disappointed in your service.”

Of the two items you ordered one had this to say on the delivery information panel: "This product is made to order and can take 3-4 weeks OVER the standard delivery time." so 3-4 weeks plus the two weeks standard delivery is 5-6 weeks. The tartan was out of stock at the mill - this happens and quite often we don't find out about it till we chase it up and this particular mill isn't great at keeping us in the loop. when we did discover this we ordered the material from another mill and covered the additional cost ourselves and made the item here for you by one of our trained kilt makers. So despite all of this it was maybe a week late. We are desperately sorry for this inconvenience.

“I have ordered a few things from Scotsclan, the most recent being a tartan scarfe. The scarfe was deliverd by Post and came in a decent time frame considering Covid has been making things hard around the world. I live in Australia so I was expecting a long wait. I love the scarfe, its nice and warm for winter! Thanks Scotclans! You're a winner!”

“Prompt, friendly, professional service as previously experienced. Tartan Golf Cap as expected (my second of these in a second choice of tartan). Embroidered Clan Crest Sew on Badge is now gracing the front flap of a nylon shoulder bag. I used Gorilla Fabric Glue to attach this crested badge to the nylon shell and the results seem good so far. Thanks for the continued excellent products and service!”
