Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience with Scotclans, that could be rectified. I ordered a poncho in our tartan. It was for a wedding that we were to attend. It took a long time to arrive as there was a delay at the mill. When the items did arrive, the poncho was made out of a very thin weave. The poncho fabric was so thin I could see through it. I was not satisfied and returned the product immediately and did not have the time to reorder or look for another item. I contacted the salesperson twice and she replied that I was not "eligible" to receive my money back. I am very disappointed in the demonstration of poor customer service by Scotclans and hope that someone will refund my money. Thank you, Polly Ross
