I ordered a bow tie on the 11th or 16th of December and hoped it would get to its destination in Germany for Christmas or at least during December. It arrived mid January 2016. The recipient was disappointed of it arriving so late and so was I. It would have been good to have communicated the delay and giving me a date or approximate date of when to expect it. It seemed the recipient that I hadn't placed the order in time When the bow tie arrived, the recipient was very happy about the quality of it and acknowledged you for your wide range of patterns and colours.
