Ordered item 24 days pre trip. Clearly stated may take up to 14 days delivery process.
Plenty of time..
However they didn't process order for about 14 days and then the shipping took all the 14 days. Item arrived after we were gone on our Scotland vacation. No longer needed item.
Customer service didn't seem to care about their delay in processing order. No help.
