5-star for actual item: The products themselves (tie and scarf) are lovely. I'm very happy them. 1-star for service: Unfortunately, the order fulfillment timing was atrocious. I expected a bit of a wait due to the more uncommon name and due to me ordering from a different country, but a 5 month wait for such a small order was very disappointing. (I ordered the set with the hope that it would be a Christmas present... or at least a belated gift in January, but the order in mid-December did not arrive until mid-May.) On top of that, I was the one that had to reach out, twice (January and April), to inquire about my order status instead of receiving consistent information from the company.
