I ordered four items from them on November 20, 2017 that were supposed to be Christmas gifts and as of today January 2, 2018 I still do not have them... over 7 weeks! They took the money immediately and I’ve already paid the credit card bill but have yet to get my order. I have contacted them and they said they shipped on 12-7-18 and that they sent me an email... which they didn’t. I keep emailing them and they won’t respond. I spent almost $200 and I am a repeat customer... never again. ****************** 1-4-2018 Another day another email sent and no response to my email and no merchandise received yet. The last response I got was December 20th... see below. He basically blames me for not mailing these “express mail”... why would I think I needed to do that when I was ordering them over a month ahead of time on November 20th! Hi Jan, We got these out to you as fast as we were able to. We have one machine and i was here most nights till 10pm working through embroidery jobs.
