I had hoped the tartan plaid would have been better centered on the size of the pocket square that I ordered. I also had hoped that the pocket square would have been a larger piece of fabric. Lastly, the little stick on label is a bit cheesy, wouldn't a sewn on label added a more finished and professional look? I seriously doubt that I will be a return customer. Let the buyer beware!

The pocket square is one of our top selling items and we have never had complaints about them before. Centering is not always possible depending on the sett and in fact if you look at the many images on the product page you will see that very few are completely centred. Given that they are normally worn folded this is rarely an issue. Also regarding size this is CLEARLY indicated on the product description. We are more than happy to accept returns on items provided you contact us first.

The item (fly plaid pin) arrived in time, but the pin clip is quite stiff and difficult to turn.

The Christmas ornament was really cute, the cummerbund and bow tie were not the best quality, I think they might be more appealing in a silk fabric.

I wish there were a function that allowed the customer to know when the order would arrive or even a way to track the shipment once it was ordered. The product itself was wonderful, perfect, beautiful! Exactly what I wanted and my husband LOVED it! Thanks!

There is an option to track the order if you choose a service that includes tracking. unfortunately you went for standard airmail - the cheapest shipping option which isn't tracked, however all other shipping options have tracking all the way.

Tartan was beautiful. A little disappointed in the quality of the brooch and earrings. Had they arrived a little sooner I would have ordered up. Thank you.

Your order left us on December 3rd - within the recommended turnaround time noted on the order page. Unfortunately you chose the slowest postage service we have available; standard airmail which has no tracking so we have no way of giving any status update once the package leaves us. All other postage services offered have tracking. At this time of year mail services everywhere are stretched. Since the recommended last posting date to your country is December 15th then it should still reach you in time for Christmas but postal and customs clearance delays are put of our control.

Actually including my name in the email would have been nice, instead of "Dear [Name]". Also, since I have several plaid scarves, including the name of the clan on the scarf would be helpful to keep them all straight.

Haven't received the package yet. Never got an estimated ship date. A review at this point would not be worth anything.

Ronald - your order was dispatched on September 9th, an email was sent on that date to the address you registered with. You placed the order on the 5th so this was turned round in three working days, far less than we advise on the site. If you have a specific problem please email us directly at support@scotclas.com.

Dear Jock - your order for a handmade wooden crest plaque was only placed on Saturday. As you may know from the order page this item is handmade to order and actually takes a few weeks. We will send you an email as soon as it is dispatched to you.
