“The phone was quickly answered by an extremely pleasant (real) person called Margaret who gave advice after listening to my queries about ordering a sash.. The transaction was all done in a very friendly manner. The items I bought were despatched and arrived safely. All in all a very good experience .”

“I recently purchased a Tartan Throw Rug with the Flower of Scotland pattern for my Son-in-law who has Scottish heritage. Of course, the throw was custom-made but it arrived in a timely manner. It's beautiful and my SIL loves it! I continue to be pleased with the service and products that SCOTCLANS offer. Thank you! Than you!”

“Absolutely loved the tames, tie and ornament. The scarf is beautiful too, but wish it was thicker and longer. This is more decorative and not really something I could or would wear in the New England Wintertime. Overall though, I was very pleased with my purchases and customer service.”
