“I consider that the belt i purchased is not fit for purpose. It has a fastener that does not work and only has one strap holder. I am very disatisfied would like a refund regatrds dennis tickle”

the bow tie has an elastic back because that is exactly what you ordered. See the product images here: http://www.scotclans.com/product/bow-tie-in-wool-tartan/ They CLEARLY show the elastic back. Your order was dispatched from us on December 4th, since you chose the slowest shipping option I'm afraid that this is not tracked and we are not able to give you an update on status once it leaves us. All other shipping options had tracking included. Bearing in mind that at this time of year postal services are stretched and the recommended last posting date for regular airmail to Japan was December 7th i would expect this package to be with you by the middle of next week. Im afraid that packages sent via untracked services are out of our control once we send them.

Sorry but i totally disagree. Considering these are hand printed to order with the option to customise them the price is very reasonable. It is very clear on the site that its printed not a carved plaque with tartan background which cost twice the price of this one. You are of course welcome to return the plaque if you don't like it.

Hi. Your order was placed on the 1st (website advises 14 days turnaround on made to order items) Order dispatched on the 9th We upgraded to recorded deliver free of charge (tracking number KR711505803GB ) but delayed by Royal Mail (out of our control) RM attempted to deliver the package yesterday and left a note - order is with the delivery office. We have no records of emails received from you. please contact support@scotclans.com ASAP

“Leather look??? I dont thinks so. This item looks nothing apart from the cheap tacky piece of plastic that it is. Really wish I hadnt wasted my money. I certainly wont be giving this as the present it was intended for”

Having looked at the product you purchased; the leather feel personalised clan crest and tartan wallet i can see no problem with it considering this is a £12.99 item that is personally printed with your choice of crest design here at ScotClans. Dear Andrew. Your order was placed on Tuesday 21st July. On the delivery information for the product you ordered it states clearly that this is a made to order item and can take 4 - 5 WEEKS. We have no record of any emails from you asking to expedite the order so we treated this as a regular customer order on the expected time scale. Had we known the expected time scale we would never have accepted your order as there was no way to fulfil it in 4 days. We would be happy to cancel and refund this purchase if it is no longer needed despite the fact that it is made to order. Regards, ScotClans Customer Care
