“I ordered two mugs. They arrived very quickly - within 48 hrs. They were each packed in a Styrofoam container. Those containers were in a bigger box with packing material. They arrived in excellent condition. Love the mugs - one with tartan and dogs, and one with tartan and bagpipes. Thank you ScotClans for excellent merchandise and service.”
