“My order arrived a few days earlier than I expected. The only disappointing thing was the cd case was cracked and the centre lugs that hold the cd in place were broken on one of the storage spots. This means the cd is not held in place within the case meaning it may get scratched. Overall a great set of DVDs and CDs”

“I have given a rating of 'GOOD' as I was pleased with the Kilt that I had ordered but I was disappointed with the delivery as I was given a delivery of approx. 3 weeks. It actually took in excess of 6 weeks.”

“Given the geographical distances between Scotland and Australia I couldn't believe the speed at which the parcel arrived. When I opened the 'shawl' , I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the both the size and material used to produce the item - my Scottish born grandmother would be proud to know that Scotland could still produce these quality items. “Love the product! I got some DVDs and a CD set on Scottish history. I absolutely love the CDs! Great story telling and fantastic history. Great price too. ScotClans has great customer service too! You can tell they really love what they do. Also, I had it shipped to USA, just be aware things can happen during international shipping. Package had some minor damage, but the product was fine.”

“I love the stole that I ordered! It is very soft and perfect to wrap up in while travelling. I was worried about the material being itchy and rough, but it was quite the opposite. The shipping was very quick. I look forward to making more purchases with the company.”

“This was my first experience with Scots Clans and I had gotten a late start on getting my wife's Clan Lamont purse and pendent. I forgot about until a week before her Birthday and I sent an email to check on its progress. When I checked my email the following day there was a response from Amanda giving me all the particulars. I'm very old-fashioned and grew in a time when customer service was paramount in sales and that's why I appreciated the quick response and why I wanted to acknowledge Amanda's getting back to me so quickly. I will be back. Thanks.”
