I purchased a bow tie from you, 18th July and it still has not arrived, it was sent to the wrong postal code,and according to the tracking deatails its still in limbo in the Uk. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Ron

Placed an order in early June and after 1 month and 5 days I finally contacted them to see why it hadn't arrived. Delayed printing of the shirt meant it shipped YESTERDAY. Now waiting 2 more weeks for actual delivery. No notification of this delay prior, no expedited shipping to compensate, not even a lousy apology when they answered my email. Terrible. I hope the product is at least decent on arrival.

Over a month to receive shirt which had what looks like white powder on my black shirt around the silksceen except it won't brush off.

To be perfectly honest, I bought your products to just check them out for the Clan MacBean. I wanted to see how the design compared to the Scotcrest designs with the band of tartan around the rim of their cups and glasses. I was disappointed that the tartan did not show much, if any of the sky blue stripe of the Modern Clan MacBean tartan. The mouse pad, because it was bigger, still barely showed a hint. The Clan MacBean lettering should be under the Clan Badges rather than under the tartan opposite the handle. The tartan design on the glasses was difficult to see, it was so transparent. The lack of tartan under the handle is understandable, but I know it can go all the way around if the handles are applied on top. If the tartan showed the sky blue more in the design, it would have made a real difference. I have tried to get Scotcrest to do a Clan MacBean design, but have been unsuccessful.

I recently purchased 4 items from scotclans.com. I gave 2 stars because I received 3 of those items and I liked then very much. Unfortunately, the main reason why I placed an order, a handkerchief with a thistle embroidered on it, was no longer available. I was charged for this item, promised a refund an I still have not received that refund! On top of that, my credit card was charged international fees for that item.

I'd ordered a baseball cap (MacPherson plaid) for a Christmas 2017 present, and it was finally delivered to the recipient, April 29th, in Washington DC two days before Easter 2018.

Ordered ties and swatch in my tartan for wedding. Image looked ideal. Ties said wool content but when arrived were very bright, shiny and garish. Swatch did not match. Asked for a refund but told bluntly but email they do not refund. As not refund policy had to donate to charity n waste over £50.

The ties are 100% pure new wool woven in Scotland by one of the most respected weavers (currently deacon of the trade in Glasgow). The tartan was a completely accurate representation of the clan tartan which is consistent with the tartan of the name - swatch chosen was a totally different tartan. These were custom made so are not returnable. Customer did not make any attempt to work with us and simply demanded to return the items without consulting with us first To call the tartan 'Garish' is a disrespect to those who are proud to wear the MacFarlane ancient tartan

ordered two sample kilt swatches wrapped with a lovely thistle. one was quit nicely doe, the other looked like a one handed person had attempted to make it. the mckibbon swatch was perfect. the mcgee swatch was very poorly done.

Well. It certainly took long enough! I gave up months ago after you cashed my check within the week and NEVER GOT BACK to me that you’d even got my order. I kicked myself. I thought you scam artists. So imagine my surprise when the best I ordered last summer comes after Christmas. Yikes. The best is well made, but it’s made of the thinnest wool in the world. Not at all the sturdy, wool vest I hoped to buy my husband.

I ordered in late November for Christmas gifts for delivery to the US. I received an order confirmation but no mention of shipping date and no tracking number. When in mid-December (Dec 16) I got nervous that the order was even shipped, I sent an email to request the status. I received an impersonal email that said “your order was shipped.” But when ? I wrote back for clarification. No response. The package finally arrived three days after Christmas (after the intended recipients had traveled home). I am very underwhelmed by your company’s service.

Order was placed on December 1st. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It arrived on December 29th...so disappointing. I did not expect the long delay. Got an email on the 16th saying it had been dispatched. I sent an email to customer service mid December asking when I might expect my package. Email was never answered. Called before Christmas and was told there was no way of knowing when it would arrive as it was sent airmail and there was no way to track. What's up with that? On a positive note, the merchandise was just perfect when it finally got here. Would order again, but would place my order way, way ahead of when I would need it.

The ornaments that I ordered were only 1.5 inches big. The clan name is so small, you need a magnifier to see it. Very disappointed

I ordered weeks in advance my purchase - a teddy - as a birthday present for my 2 year old son in Los Angeles and paid for fedex delivery... the item was not delivered until 6 weeks later !!!! Completely destroying the point of the exercise ! In addition, I had to chase you up to find out why the item had not been dispatched !!! I was not contacted to inform, me of any delay at all, and when I did speak to someone they informed me that by way of compensation for the 6 week delay they would send some additional presents with the delivery - this did not happen ! I am completely annoyed by the whole experience.

Ordered in mid June, said I would receive my package in 2-3 weeks. I received it the end of August. My event where I planned to wear it was in mid- July, so total waste of money. Quality of product was not the best.

Ordered item 24 days pre trip. Clearly stated may take up to 14 days delivery process. Plenty of time.. However they didn't process order for about 14 days and then the shipping took all the 14 days. Item arrived after we were gone on our Scotland vacation. No longer needed item. Customer service didn't seem to care about their delay in processing order. No help.

having checked our order system i can see the order was placed with the supplier 3 days after we got the order - orders are placed with the mill twice a week so thats within timescales. Delivery information panel clearly says the item is made to order and can take 5-10 WORKING days over the standard delivery time. Customer contacted us AFTER the order had shipped to chase it up - they were told the item had gone out via standard airmail (their choice of service) - Customer wasn't happy with that response but since it had gone out already there was little we could do.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS... If and when the item I purchased arrives at my door I will be better placed to write a short review of SCOTCLANS. It is three weeks not since I was advised that my order had been forwarded but alas no item has arrived. I live in hope. Wayne Williamson AUSTRALIA
