“The product that I purchased was good quality and arrived in good condition, but it took a very long time to arrive with barely any communication from scotclans. I tried calling multiple times but never got any answer, after emailing to enquire about the late delivery, I only got an automatic response email followed by another automatic email a few days later saying the product had (finally) been dispatched”

“I am still wondering what has happened to my order ID:38311 for 2 x 4 Ancient MacLaren wool napkins. they were ordered ono7.10.2020. I realise that there are problem with Covid-19 but over 2 months for a delivery and no email is a bit too long. Please try and trace this order.”

“We were most impressed by your service and quality of the goods. Nikki was a great help in sourcing a bespoke clan crest and our daughter was delighted with the end result, which had been gift wrapped and sent to NZ. Nice for us to receive a photo of the product before dispatch to NZ. Thank you”

Hi please email support@scotclans.com regarding specifics of your order. Someone will pick up the email. We are waiting for the pocket squares to come in to make up the decorations. These are due in next week - DHL will only take two days once it leaves us.

“I’m in Australia and wanted to get a gift a tartan gift for my Dad who lives in the UK and my brother who lives in Australia. I was expecting long delays, my Dad got the gift in a week and the present sent to Australia was made to order and arrived within the month. Very happy with both, excellent quality and perfect for Christmas.”
