“There was a problem with receipt of the order. On contacting Scotclans they handled our problem quickly and without any fuss and to put this in to context, we live in Australia. We have now received our order and couldn't be happy with the quality of the goods and Scotclans professionalism.”

“We are absolutely thrilled with the scarf. It is soft and beautifully woven. During this time of covid-19 I have tried to bring a sense of home to Hamish, my 90 year old father-in-law in aged care lockdown here in Australia. Scottish gaelic lessons on cd, music, books and this scarf have helped so much to bring the highlands here to Australia. Thank you from Andrew Murray and Family.”

“Ordered on the 9th of April for my mother's birthday on the 27th of June. It's now the 18th of June and no gift to give next week. AVOID if you want to give as a gift anytime soon. Contacted them and can do nothing because I didn't pay for tracking.”

The 'Birthday Gift' in question was a framed print costing £16.00. The order was placed in the middle of the Covid Lockdown. Despite the fact that the customer was having this item shipped for a birthday from Scotland to Australia and had the option to choose an express service they decided to opt for the cheapest possible option that doesn't have tracking. Global mail services have been massively effected by lockdown as mail couriers are prioritising essentials over other items. Also with flight cancellations the whole mail system is taking almost twice as long for items to pass through it. Sadly none of this appears to be acceptable and the customer is now disputing the transaction via PayPal and trying to get her money back. She seems to be under the impression that were withholding the tracking information because she didnt pay for it. Im unclear how we can add tracking to an untracked package that left us several weeks ago.

“The Keith tartan sample arrived within the quoted time. Although it isn't your fault in the current situation, please could you try and source a sample of the Dickson tartan as I believe that there is an actual Dickson tartan but Keith tartan is used as a general alternative. Thanking you in advance.”

“Buying the coffee cup was super easy and I was sent the invoice and shipping info in a reasonable time frame. I live in the states and it was very carefully wrapped and packaged for the long trip. I love my mug and made my sister totally jealous!”
