“ScotClans support staff emailed me promptly when I had questions about the correct tartan to order for my husband. They provided excellent info to guide my choice and processed my order very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our order in Canada within 3-4 weeks!! My husband is extremely happy with his Campbell clan plaque and displays it proudly in the living room!! Our sincere thanks for all your help!”

“Saw just the tie I wanted on website but was concerned it might not be available in time for a planned event. Emailed enquiry quite late one evening and was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response which assured me that my delivery deadline would be met. Went ahead with order and tie duly arrived in plenty of time. Great product and superb service.”
