“ScotClans timely delivery and customer service is excellent. Generally their products are excellent also. I purchased tartan facemasks in size "Large" and, although they comfortably fit the width of my face/head, I wish they were longer top-to bottom. The mask, if properly covering my nose, barely made it to middle of the front of my chin. I wish they had had sufficient length to reach the bottom of my chin, or even a little underneath -- this would make for a more secure positioning and a more comprehensive fit. If the answer is that I should have purchased an extra large (I am an average sized thin man), then the sizing description of the masks should have provided greater detail.”

“Amanda, thank you so very much for listening to my problem with the masks size small, for clarifying the wording on your website and most of all for sending 2 replacement medium size masks and then one extra !!! This was so perfect as my daughter wanted one and I had the extra to give to her. She was just visiting from out of state ... perfect. Thank you so much. I have been a customer for many years, have not purchased a ton, but I continue to love your site and purchase whenever I see something that works for me. Have a good summer and ... be well all. “Due to covid 19 there was to be a delay on my original choice of tartan but when I requested a different tartan of the same clan my order was sent promptly, I was satisfied with both items ordered and customer service Thank you”

“I love ScotClans. I have bought many things from them and everything has always been amazingly high-quality. The mask I recently bought from them is no exception. I love being able to buy things with my clan tartan on them. I will buy from them again. Their selections are wonderful, pricing is more than fair, and things are delivered very promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about them and highly recommend them. From their clothing and tartans to their jewelry everything is amazing quality. I wouldn’t shop any place else for my clan items”

“I have ordered from Scot Clans for a few years now. I have an Ancestry tree for my Hannay Family. I recently ordered the face masks in my Tartan colors. They were beautiful and very comfortable. I gave one to my daughter and one to my granddaughter. I love the various items that are sold and I even get a discount from my clan. I hope everyone is healthy and keeping safe. “I was very excited to see that ScotClans had tartan face masks. I ordered three. They arrived in the U.S. in a short time and i was very pleased with the quality of the masks. I especially liked that they had a slip in filter which can be replaced. The bonus, of course, is that I can display my Scottish heritage as I'm being safe.”

“I ordered something for my sons birthday over a month in advance and got it a week after and had to pay expedited shipping - i had sent emails over the course of the month as there was no updates or communication on ship date and when i did it was too late ...i will save it for christmas now”
