“I recently received my tartan plaque rubber stamp. I am very pleased with both items, except that the stand was not shipped for the plaque. I sent an E-mail notifying you of this oversite, but as of yet I have not received the stand or been notified that this oversite would be corrected. Any help you can provide in correcting this would highly appreciated.”

“Terrible and unhelpful customer service. Cheap quality at expensive prices. Would not recommend. Luckily managed to find some family members to take the items scotsclan would not accept as returns even though in my opinion poor quality and unacceptable. Also sizing wrong.”

Customer contacted us to say garments were too small and the sizing was wrong. We politely asked her to check the chest measurements of the garments so we could check them against the ones we had here to make sure the sizing labels were correct. Customer refused to do this and then became rude. As these garments were printed to order and she refused to cooperate and check the sizes of the garments she had been sent we could not accept returns as they were printed to order. When she realised that under the terms of sale they could not be returned she then claimed they were inferior quality which is total rubbish as these are perfectly OK T shirts for the price considering the print cost. All sizes on the website are given in inches so it was easy to check if the size was wrong. Offered to do replacements at cost price - all we got was a stream of rude messages. customer service people were answering messages through the night to help Buyer remorse but doesn't have the decency to admit it

“I am so excited to surprise my fiance on our wedding day with some apparel straight from Scotland. He wanted to incorporate his heritage into the ceremony, and this is just another small thing I know he will be so happy to have. The customer service from Scotclans was wonderful and they got my order to me so quickly. A little piece of Scotland will be at our Texas wedding!”

“The keyring was nice, very small font though. Customer service could do with some improvement. There was no indication of how long the order would take to arrive and when I emailed after waiting 2 weeks with the response I received was terse.”

Claimed they had waited two weeks but it was less than this before dispatch - claimed they had paid for First Class Mail when they hadn't, now claim email response to their enquiry was sent the same day was terse - here it is: Hi Your keyring has been made and will be leaving us today, they take 1-2 weeks to have made you selected UK standard mail not first class, this is second class. Second class takes 1-2 working days so you will receive it tomorrow or Monday. Kind Regards ScotClans As regards the clan name - well it is small as can be seen on the product image

“I was very happy with the name plaque and framed clan history I bought as a gift for my son in law, who also has Scots heritage too. Have also been very happy with products bought in the past including mugs with Gordon clan crest, which go through the dishwasher without fading. Thank you!”

“Please see below. This was sent September 17th after receiving the wrong Clan stamp. I'm still waiting for a response from Scotclans. John Hunter. Mon, Sep 17, 8:23 AM (8 days ago) to confirmations Hello Scotclans, I received the stamp on Friday 14 September. Upon inspection I discovered the rubber stamp is wrong. This is a stamp for clan Home...not Hunter. I waited until this morning to call you but after numerous attempts without getting through I'm using the email solution. Hopefully this will work. Please advise as to your solution to resolve the mix up on your end. I needed this for a Highland game in St. Louis Missouri, USA the last weekend in September. Anxiously awaiting your response. John Hunter”
