“The service was good and the product arrived in the States in good condition. The quality was good, the tartan bright and they looked nice. We were a little disappointed because the masks were smaller than we thought and didn't fit the men we purchased them for.”

“The face mask I ordered was a nice quality tartan of the Clan MacBean. Well made and all. However, I must have ordered a child's size because I cannot wear it unless I tie on extra cord to loop it behind my normal sized ears. I doubt very much that the heads of most Scots are shrinking. Not likely at all. Anyway, Slàinte Mhath!”

“I don't get out much, but thats the mask I like and wear. I also ot some for my wife(different clan) and she likes it as well. Shipping took no longer than expected, so overall, well satisfied.”

“Ordered February 12th. End of March I requested status and was happy to receive a quick reply including info that most of the orde was sent but told 2 scarves still to be made. Package received and happy with delivery, packaging and the items. But since then no updates and no replies to my emails (August 8th and Sept 2nd) regarding the scarves. Understand the Covid causing troubles but no response to emails sent aug8 and sept2 is worrying. Hope someone sees this at Scotclans and can help.”

“I ordered a Stole on 22 March, due to covid I expected some delay. I was told 20 May after I followed up that it would be a couple of more weeks so I waiting again. After not getting a response to my emails in June I sent a FaceBook message and was told one more week. Then I messaged again and was told they run out of my family Tartan. Was finally cotact on 27 July to say it was on the way. I was not given a tracking number and now have sent 3 more follow up messages and 2 emails and had no response from ScotClan. Hopefully someone will see this review and contact me with an update on my order.”

“I purchased a ring that looked very pretty online. It was absolutely beautiful in person- I love it!! I live in the US and it came faster than I thought that it would. I have already recommend this site to friends and family, and will definitely shop your online store again myself!!”

“Today I received my 'special order' stole ordered four (4) plus months ago. Initially I had to chase up a tracking number only to then receive the wrong order. I returned this express post at my own expense stupidly thinking that my good deed would be reciprocated with an express delivery of the correct stole. No such luck all a telephone call could confirm was the stole had been posted. A month later it arrived. This is not good enough for international orders. Fortunately there are other suppliers in Scotland who cam provide exceptional service.”

“The mask would fit better if the band being the ear was adjustable! It keeps falling off my nose when I talk. It should not do that!”
