“I bought this as a gift for my Mother who is turning 77 yrs old. Her wish has always been to go to Scotland one day to visit Stirling Castle. Our last name is Stirling and our history goes all the way back to the early 1100's. She LOVED it, absolutely loved it. Said it was framed beautifully and well presented..Thank you!”

“I ordered a scarf, tie and polo shirt with my family's crest and tartan at the end of November for my dad's Christmas present. I didn't receive them by the estimated time so I contacted Sc to ask about the delay and it turned out the mill had not had the right materials for the scarf. long story short, Margaret from Scotsclans managed to get the shirt and tie sent directly to my dad and had them giftwrapped in time for christmas and the scarf arrived in January, the level of service stemming from the hitch was second to none! really helpful, apologetic and pro-active. I will buy from Scotsclans again!”

“Purchased a Gunn Clan brooch. It's wonderful and will just perfect for an event we're attending in Scotland this summer. Especially for those of us who do not wear the kilt and/or other accouterments of Scotland, the items carried are just perfect. The price is very reasonable and the delivery and packaging for shipping to us were perfect. Thank you so much - MMR”

“I live in the States and could not believe how fast my order arrived. The quality of both shirts were excellent. I wish you would of had my family tartan in stock so I could of ordered it as well.”

“Ordered a men's Black Watch tartan vest. Nice workmanship and love the buttons. It's a little shinier than I thought, but still good looking. If you are between sizes, order UP. The European sizing is always a bit smaller, even if you use their size chart. It did take quite a while to arrive, but would use this vendor again.”

“I just today presented the "reindeer" in the Hamilton clan tee shirt to my first grandchild, Brennan, born this Valentine's Day. The critter in question looks more like a moose to me, and as I live in New Hampshire, in the US, and am a major fan of the antlered set, it was the perfect gift for my wee man. Not my first order from Scot Clans, nor will it be my last. Great stuff, great service, Great Scot!”

“Hi - My husband's heritage is Scottish and we love everything about your lovely country - we even visited a few years and can't wait to go back again, and our property in Australia is called "Ferintosh" after the area his family are from! Every year, particularly at Christmas, I have a look at your site to see what I can add to his collection. My only comment is that, while you have a lot of products, there is only a limited number for "Clan Gray" which is a bit disappointing as I'm running out of things to buy! Kind regards Shirley.”

Hi if you are getting a request for review then it means that your item was sent more than 15 days ago. If you have yet to receive it then there has been a problem with mail delivery (outwith our control). Our records show this as being sent via standard airmail from the UK on January 25th. Can you please check that the item has not been left with a neighbour or that an attempted delivery has not been made. If you have no success with them contact us immediately at support@scotclans.com as this is well outside the expected shipping time for this package.
