“I rated "poor" because I failed to read everything about the product. It was made for a Samsung 3, but I have a Samsung Note 3. Therefore, the product does not fit my phone. However, the product itself is quite nice. If you ever develop one that fits my phone, I will purchase it. Thanks, Jerry Ralston Odessa, Texas”

“I ordered a tie for a special event and paid extra for fast shipping to the US. The item didn't even mail until after the event, which was useless. The product I ordered was fine, but they clearly have no idea of what expectations for shipping and delivery are in the 21st century, let alone customer communication.”

It says quite clearly on the item page under delivery information the following: "These products are made to order and can take 4-6 weeks over the standard delivery time. Please allow additional time when placing your order. Please check you have ordered the correct tartan as exchanges and refunds cannot be given". Fast shipping only means it gets to you quicker AFTER it leaves us - but items like this are made to order (again this is stated clearly on the page). We also have an email address so if an item is needed for an event or in a rush its always best to speak to us (or anyone else you order from for that matter) have a good day.

“Enjoying my new bottle opener and love seeing the tartan when I use it. My only complaint is that the color is off. I have a scarf of the same tartan but the colors are totally different. Not that big of deal it's only a bottle opener. Just slightly disappointed. Service was GREAT and very quick delivery. I will definitely order from ScotClans again!”

“Problemless payment, shipping and receipt of goods. Only the fact that customs clearance costs were at approx 15£ was sad and suprising as far as importing goods under 180 Swiss Francs value do not require VAT. A representant in Switzerland would be interesting to have.”
