“I recently purchased a Tartan Throw Rug with the Flower of Scotland pattern for my Son-in-law who has Scottish heritage. Of course, the throw was custom-made but it arrived in a timely manner. It's beautiful and my SIL loves it! I continue to be pleased with the service and products that SCOTCLANS offer. Thank you! Than you!”

“I recently purchased a kilt pin and hose for my kilt, the quality is exceptional, though it did take quite a while for me to receive my order. I am still happy with your service as one of the orders I did order is a custom piece that I don't think you keep in stock. Keep up the good work and I will be back when I need to purchase other items. I find that you are one of the best at customer service as well as delivering quality products.”

“Personal contact was very good. The product was done beautifully and delivered without a problem. The only negative was this: I had to stop entering my initial order information before I had finished my credit card details. Someone at your end tried to process my order. I got a negative feedback on that card, and had to straighten it out with the card issuer before I could use it again. I'm pretty sure that I had not "pushed the final button" to complete the order from my end. Otherwise, I couldn't be more pleased with my new vest.”

“Absolutely loved the tames, tie and ornament. The scarf is beautiful too, but wish it was thicker and longer. This is more decorative and not really something I could or would wear in the New England Wintertime. Overall though, I was very pleased with my purchases and customer service.”
