“I recently purchased a present for my mother, it arrived on time beautifully wrapped and with a lovely card. My mother was over the moon with her birthday present as was I. I would have no hesitation in using and recommending ScotClans again and indeed I am planning a purchase for another relative in the near future.”

“I wanted a Russell tartan handkerchief for my upcoming wedding in NZ however I was leaving the UK in 2 weeks when I decided this. I contacted Scotclans to find out if it could be turned around in that time and the lovely lady Margaret informed me she would put a rush on it through the mill. I had the handkerchief within a week, plenty of time for my wedding and its a lovely product. I highly recommended this company!”

“My order had to be made and I was on a time frame because the sash was needed on a dance costume. This company sent my order Fed Express and it arrived in 3 days from Scotland to Australia. The parcel did arrived in time. Thank you ScotClans.”

“Tartan wool hankerchief arrived as described, along with clan pin - both lovely. Made it into a mini-kilt I put on a sock monkey I was making for a Scottish friend for Christmas; worked out great! Thanks”

“Customer service was very good ....I wanted a clan name wth a different spelling to the one advertised and was given excellent assistance. However when the pen arrived I was disappointed because the name was in such minuscule lettering that it could barely be read with a magnifying glass....this is the truth not sarcasm Lynda Clark”

“I bought these for my two grandchildren as the names linked to the tartans and motto are family names. One of the children is studying islands and weather by using Katie Morag and the Isle of Struan. Looking at tartans is part of their artwork, so I thought, being a retired teacher, that these Christmas decorations would be an ideal size to pop in her book bag and take to school. I have provided some further information, so she can explain it at school herself. Originally, I had been looking for some fabric or a reasonably priced kilt in the family tartans, but all were too expensive for a ten minute show and tell at school. I spend a fortune on bits for school! They are certainly robust enough for the job they need to do at school, but can also be used as intended at Christmas. It also provided an opportunity to talk about family history and names. I ordered one gingerbread man and a heart, which she loves. So far, a great buy! My only quibble is that the postage was a bit hefty even allowing for tissue paper, the jiffy bag and actual cost. e-bayers would slit your throat and give you a negative response if you made that much profit on postage! Thank you!”

“I ordered the Mug and Coaster set (for Clan Robertson) for my wife's birthday along with a card on which I asked for a specific message to be placed. The Item(s) arrived very quickly, as described and very well packaged. I gave the present to my wife today and she is very happy. Well done Scotclans, I'll be ordering more from you in future. “I have always been pleased with the quality and handling of the merchandise I have ordered. There are other things I want but they aren't in my family's tartan so I have not ordered them. I understand that these items are more expensive to make and it is not practical to make them in every single tartan! I enjoy the history that is included in my newsletter.”
