Shop elsewhere. Don’t even try to order a scarf, it’ll never get made and you’ll never get it. Ordered in early December, by early February I get told it still hasn’t been made!

Scarf was poor quality, it felt more like cotton than wool. Very diappointed especially as it was a xmas gift.

David: You ordered a custom printed item which CLEARLY says in the description that has to be made up and this takes 5-10 WORKING days. You placed the order on November 29th and it was dispatched on the 13th EXACTLY 10 WORKING DAYS after the order was placed so exactly as we said. Despite this we had an aggressive phone call where you claimed we should be pre making these in every clan just to satisfy your impatience - then this was followed by a bass review on Google and on Facebook. I would suggest that the £15.49 you spent on an item designed to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ might have been better put towards some anger management counselling or adult literacy classes. We make no apology for dispatching an item within the time frame that was clearly described on the website.

I ordered a scarf for my Scottish husband for Christmas. Dec 7, 2018 it was dispatched supposedly. Its January 5th, still have not recieved it or any answers to 4 emails sent to resolve. Blamed me as well for not getting tracking? Did not think I needed to because I ordered ornaments as well and got those well before Christmas. So much for customer service and respect. Very Disappointed. Next time Ill stick with Amazon. Disputing with my bank.

I ordered four items from them on November 20, 2017 that were supposed to be Christmas gifts and as of today January 2, 2018 I still do not have them... over 7 weeks! They took the money immediately and I’ve already paid the credit card bill but have yet to get my order. I have contacted them and they said they shipped on 12-7-18 and that they sent me an email... which they didn’t. I keep emailing them and they won’t respond. I spent almost $200 and I am a repeat customer... never again. ****************** 1-4-2018 Another day another email sent and no response to my email and no merchandise received yet. The last response I got was December 20th... see below. He basically blames me for not mailing these “express mail”... why would I think I needed to do that when I was ordering them over a month ahead of time on November 20th! Hi Jan, We got these out to you as fast as we were able to. We have one machine and i was here most nights till 10pm working through embroidery jobs. I ordered several items on 4/10/18 (Order No 26411) and am still awaiting notification of despatch! Of course, this meant I had to turn up at my sister's birthday party empty handed. have you given up on this order? Will I get a refund? Will my sister get an apology?

Terrible and unhelpful customer service. Cheap quality at expensive prices. Would not recommend. Luckily managed to find some family members to take the items scotsclan would not accept as returns even though in my opinion poor quality and unacceptable. Also sizing wrong.

Customer contacted us to say garments were too small and the sizing was wrong. We politely asked her to check the chest measurements of the garments so we could check them against the ones we had here to make sure the sizing labels were correct. Customer refused to do this and then became rude. As these garments were printed to order and she refused to cooperate and check the sizes of the garments she had been sent we could not accept returns as they were printed to order. When she realised that under the terms of sale they could not be returned she then claimed they were inferior quality which is total rubbish as these are perfectly OK T shirts for the price considering the print cost. All sizes on the website are given in inches so it was easy to check if the size was wrong. Offered to do replacements at cost price - all we got was a stream of rude messages. customer service people were answering messages through the night to help Buyer remorse but doesn't have the decency to admit it

Please see below. This was sent September 17th after receiving the wrong Clan stamp. I'm still waiting for a response from Scotclans. John Hunter. Mon, Sep 17, 8:23 AM (8 days ago) to confirmations Hello Scotclans, I received the stamp on Friday 14 September. Upon inspection I discovered the rubber stamp is wrong. This is a stamp for clan Home...not Hunter. I waited until this morning to call you but after numerous attempts without getting through I'm using the email solution. Hopefully this will work. Please advise as to your solution to resolve the mix up on your end. I needed this for a Highland game in St. Louis Missouri, USA the last weekend in September. Anxiously awaiting your response. Customer service very unhelpful. Requested a refund or would have been happy to exchange for larger size but would not do this. Said item was custom made but it was an item that could have been used again as not worn.

I ordered a waistcoat in june and only received it In September . D During this time I wrote asking to change the size from 38 to 40 inches. I received no reply. So you have not got a satisfied customer I am afraid, in fact I was surprised to get your request! June Spencer

This was a custom made silk waistcoat - i can see several emails in our system that were all answered apart from the last one - there was communication with the customer all through the process - this included informing the customer that the tartan they had chosen was out of stock and the mill was reweaving it. It was explained that this process can take several months to go through the weaving queue. We use small independent mills based in Scotland and this sort of thing cannot just be rushed through

Sorry to say but the service I received was shocking. I had a very long time to wait for my tie and no body phoned or emailed me to let me know there was any problem, or to explain about the delay. I emailed time and time again,and was getting more nervous and did not receive one response. I had to phone to find out what was happening and then had to phone back a couple of more times . Really should have received some compensation. Very poor service.

Is this some sort of joke? I still haven't received my order... I requested a refund...which Scotclans agreed to... still waiting..weeks later...I placed the order in June. I have raised a case via PayPal...

I made a purchase in October of last year for an item they had online which showed they had in stock. The payment was made and my account debited. The product didn’t ship so I reached out several times, getting a response after the date I needed the item by. I was told it was not shipped bc they didn’t have the item but expected it from the factory.a few months go by and they reach out that they cannot get the exact item, but will substitute another similar...so it was agreed to. I was sent a confirmation it would be shipped. It is now July (10 months after order) and still haven’t received the item. I am told they shipped it and it showed received and signed for. I never received the product and now my money is not being refunded. So Buyer Beware:(

I phoned and asked for a product to be posted urgently as I required it 3 days later. I received an email on the day I needed it saying it was being posted on that day.

The clan crest broke off from the pin during mailing. I emailed ScotsClans about their return policy and have not heard anything from them since.

It took a long time to get the product. I sent an email to ask about my order, I got a response that was meant for someone else. The product finally came. It was poor quality for what I paid. The key rings were nothing like the ones that I had bought in Scotland. I was very disappointed. I bought over $200 worth of product and will never purchase from this sight again.

order was placed only a few days before Christmas so not enough time to place the made to order scarves with the mill before they close down. order was put in with them as soon as they re-opened after the christmas break, arrived and were dispatched within the expected timescale. Keyrings were very cheap items but again have to be resin domed to order so no issues with the quality given the time involved in making the up.
