“Ordering was easy and delivery timely. Nice presentation bag and printing on item. My only slight disappointment was the quality of the thong (a bit plastic-y) but otherwise good.”

“I recently bought a tie and crest tie pin. The tie was exactly what I wanted, great quality and beautiful colours. However, I have to mention I was slightly disappointed with the size and of the crest on the tie pin and quality of tie pin. The crest tie pin on the website is displayed differently to what you receive. On the website it is displayed as though you would receive a tie pin that is entirely the clan crest. Whereas you receive a small plastic white square with a picture of the crest on a metal clip. But overall I was happy with my order and would order from ScotClans again.”

“Lovely quality product, beautifully wrapped. Was a little disappointed in the size of the glass, they were a lot smaller than anticipated even though I observed the measurements before purchase just in the flesh are very small. Would definitely order from here again.”

“I liked it but I usually manage to get them a bit longer which is important for Handfasting. Please let me know in future if the tartan I have chosen cannot manage an extra 20cm.”

“The items I received are beautiful. The only problem I had was when I ordered I couldn't find a delivery time. I ordered these items to wear on vacation to Scotland. I ordered approximately 3 to 4 weeks before I left and I didn't receive the items until a couple days after I returned from my 2 week trip.”

“I ordered Wee Morag from ScotClans in memory of my late husband who was Scottish and had a good friend named Morag. She now has pride of place in my living room and she is lovely. Apparently the packaging didn’t survive the trip and she was rewrapped by Australia Post. Also, I believe that I have not yet paid for Morag but I can’t see on any of your paperwork how you want to receive payment.”

“I purchased a small hip flask, which, when I finally received it, was beautiful. BUT, even though I was aware of the 3 week time frame from factory, and I had allowed 6 weeks before occasion, it didn't arrive on time. I also had to prompt, twice, information on when item was getting sent. So make sure if you order, allow 8-10 weeks.”

“Everything I purchased was exactly how I expected with the exception of the size of the fleece zip-up jacket. It was a size to small (large fit like a medium). I would recommend ordering a size larger than you would normally wear.”

“I recently purchased this Clan Badge from ScotClans. And it is a beautiful Clan Badge. However, as it was advertised, I believed that it was a smaller version of the standard Clan Badge (of which I have a few). This one is still beautiful. But not as small as I had hoped. But it is the best one that I have purchased so far! Outstanding!”

“Hi: My order finally arrived after 2.5 weeks compared to 1.0 week with other UK orders. I am very pleased to have a Lumsden tarten scarf (my mothers family) to keep the memory alive of our Scottish ancestry in New Zealand.”
