“My purchase arrived in fantastic condition. It was nearly 2 months after I ordered it, so there must have been a delay in manufacturing it that I was not aware of at the time of ordering. It was a pleasant surprise when it arrived.”

“First off, I’d like to say the product is amazing! Initially, I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I had checked my spam folder to see if it had went there but it was not there. To ScotClans credit they sent me a confirmation e-mail after I contacted them by e-mail. Other than that small issue it was a smooth purchase. My only other recommendation would be that ScotClans send a tracking # e-mail so that purchasers can track their item/items. Finally, I’d definitely buy from ScotClans again.”

“The order took about 2-3 weeks after shipping, to get to me on the west coast of the US. However, the order was accurate and in good shape when it arrived. I'm happy with the products I bought. Thanks!”

“Clan Motto badge. The first Item ordered was below the standard I was expecting but on further discussion with Amanda she was able to correct and resolve the issues and the replacement was exactly what I thought I would it would be.”

“I bought the sash, brooch, and purse as a combo set. I was disappointed with the shortness of the sash? I’m not sure what you can do with it? I expect something that would drape across, this can only hang from your shoulder or make a small loop around your arm. It is to late to order something else.”

“The coats are very nice. Each time the dogs are out with their coats on, it reminds me of my Scottich ancestors. Would have rated it "Very Good" if it had not been for the delay in receiving it. I understand that US Custom and the US Postal officials may be to blame for the tardiness.”

“I didn't receive the product the first time but after a phone call ScotClans immediately sent a replacement which arrived no problem. I would suggest all deliveries are sent out by parcel courier this would help to eliminate items going missing 😉”

“Very pleased with the product...the packaging and the timely delivery. Would have appreciated that the card had been hand written as opposed to typed on a sticky piece of paper and attached inside. Would recommend that card be personalized by being hand written. A Beautiful Clan Guthrie Crest and a lovely thistle on the card. Hanging beside the MacDougal Clan Crest.”

“The tartan as unusual was very high quality. The order took a much longer time to arrive than usual. The order was placed in November 2018 and I did not receive the material until February 2019. I realize I did not choose shipping with tracking, but for that long of delay, I would have thought ScotClans would have contacted me. Instead, I had to initiate multiple contacts. There were extenuating circumstances, and I will continue to use Scotclans. The merchandise is very high quality.”

“I was basically pleased, but slightly disappointed that the MacKinnon modern hunting tartan of the mini-sash does not quite match that of my kilt. Although the hose are a little large, they are lovely. Thank you for the free hose. Plan to wear the accessories with my kilt in the near future.”
