“Products were delivered in good condition”

“The products were perfect! My uncle loved his gifts. My only complaint was how long it took to get my products. I ordered in November, expecting the 3 week time period for delivery to have for a Christmas gift. My items arrived in February. I had to hurry to find another gift in time for Christmas. I will be ordering again, but I will allow ample delivery time now. Products get 5 stars, but delivery docked it down to 4.”

“The heather cat pin and thistle pin jewelry are very very nice. The T-shirts are made of very thin fabric and I do not think they will last long. I would have liked them to be more durable, so they would rate poor. That is why I’m giving the order a Good rate, but it is between Acceptable & Good. Thank you for asking for my review.”

“What a shame that the accompanying card, for which I had paid extra, had been so carelessly prepared. The poor quality, wrinkled sticker attached crookedly to the card, certainly does no justice to the quality of the gift or hopefully reflect the attitude of the company.”

“Very pleased with the serape in the Anderson tartan. It took a little longer than expected as the mill was out of stock. But they replied to all my emails. Received it before Christmas and was totally delighted . Now for a skirt to match. Thank you ScotClans”

“I would have liked a quicker delivery but, that's life. We are a long way from Scotland. The tie looks to be of good quality. The tie clip was a little smaller than expected but the quality was good. Thanks.”

“Very nice looks great. I think I would prefer more weight in the Item. It is nonbreakable though. Not sure about the whole thing being acrylic material. It is very Attractive.”

“I ordered 3 clan necklaces, a clan hat pin and 6 clan etched glasses. The necklaces and hat pin were very nice. The glasses were just ok. The size of the glasses were fine, but, I thought the etching was not very deep. A couple of the glasses have air bubbles in the thick bottom. And finally, I'm not an expert, but I don't think they glasses were of a good quality. They don't "ping" when you tap them. I was thinking of buying the decanter to match the glasses, after seeing the glasses, I'm not sure I'm willing to spend the money.”
