“I ordered two different style of my clan brooches for my Sons wedding. The plainer one arrived but the 2nd more elaborate one, was not available till a week after the wedding. Although ScotClans rushed through another brooch it cost twice as much as the first one, my hands were tied though. I had to accept the Brooch at a higher price. Anyway weddings aren't cheap- All in all not a bad turnout and the Tartan shone through-”

“I was very pleased with my dealings with your site. The agent was personable and helpful. I received my order in less time then i had anticipated and for that I am thankful. The items were very well done and I`m wearing my braces and drinking from my mug. Two thoughts--the noise in your telephone room was a bit distracting but then again my hearing isn`t what it used to be. And I gave you a good instead of very good ONLY because I want you to strive to be very good and if i had given a very good you might want to rest on your laurels.”

“I recently received my tartan plaque rubber stamp. I am very pleased with both items, except that the stand was not shipped for the plaque. I sent an E-mail notifying you of this oversite, but as of yet I have not received the stand or been notified that this oversite would be corrected. Any help you can provide in correcting this would highly appreciated.”

“I wrote this email to You earlier concerning my order of clan Forbes phone cover and I would like to have some information about the matter, please. "To whom it may concern Hello, I ordered a Samsung Plastic Phone cover for Samsung S9 on July 25. The cover arrived on september 6th, but it was not for the S9. It was bigger in size (I think it is for the S9 plus) and I would like to return it and I would like to have the black S9 cover instead. In the sales receipt (transaction ID: 25193) the cover is marked as S9 cover. How do I need to proceed for the change? with best wishes, Juha Lakka"”

“I was most happy with the purchase of a clan Macrae sweat shirt .... but was disappointed that my emails enquiring when I may expect delivery were not answered. This is especially important with a first purchase from a firm not previously dealt with, and being an overseas transaction as well. Would be happy to order on another occasion though, as it finally turned out. Communication is important.”

“I ordered a tartan tie in MacLeod Ancient tartan. Scotclans support took a couple of days to respond to my email queries but nonethless my product arrived promptly. I ordered a tie, which seems to be a good quality tie. Some of the colors in the tie don't look exactly like the display colors when using the scotclans online shop- details that appear to be red online are clearly orange in person.”

“Well wrapped package arrived safe, beautifully presented. I only wish there was a little more to say what Clan Graham is, how to pronounce the words on the items and what they mean. We know little of our Scottish heritage and anything is appreciated. You and your Family do a fabulous job. We in New zealand have some scottish ancestry like so many, but know so little and would like to. Thanks so much. “I thought I had ordered in plenty of time to have it by our Highland Games on June 30th. But I guess not. Seemed like it took a long time before it was dispatched. After it was dispatched, the mail service was in control and it took a long time as well. I am guessing the Macdonald of Sleat tartan might have been the reason for slow dispatch. Whatever, I received it today, 07/12/2018. I will have it for the Highland Games next year. I am totally satisfied with the product and next time, I will allow more time. Thank you!!”
