“Glad you had our clan tartan Ancient Craig. Wish you had more items available in our tartan. The child tams I purchased were large for my grandies who are close in age, great grandson 12 months and grandson 15 months of age, but they will get to wear the tams for much longer than expected, at least more than one winter. I purchased these for them to have an "heirloom" of sorts to keep and only pass on to their Craig heirs when the time comes.”

“Order arrived with no damage. As I am in Australia, it would be a good idea to inform overseas customers when the order has been shipped as a courtesy. I was getting worried that it would not arrive. My order took 4 weeks to get to me. Other than that, I am very happy with ScotClans.”

“Somewhat disappointed. When I ordered, I inquired as to whether the skullcap could be ordered in the Ancient Burns Check Tartan instead of the Modern Burns Check Tartan. I was told that there was only one Burns Check, that being the Modern as pictured. I know there is an Ancient Burns Check Tartan and a Modern Burns Check Tartan. The skullcap I received was the Modern Burns Check Tartan, as was pictured and as I was told it would be, however, the skull clan tartan tee shirt with the Burns name on it that I received is the Ancient Burns Check Tartan and that is what I was trying to order with the skullcap if it was available. Seems to be some confusion regarding the Burns Check Tartans.”

“The product seems very good, my son loves it. My only complaint was that it took so long to get it. A little information about why would have helped the wait. like I say it does not matter now since the product is nice looking.”

“Was happy with the product, but not the overall price I paid. Upon order it came up to Canadian dollars not American and I spent an extra 50$. Not very pleased about that..”

“We were happy to find useful products with our clan name. The quality is very good and hopefully size shrinkage accurate. Our only less favorable comment would have to be in relation to tracking. We paid for tracking but the process was not successful until the parcel was practically at our door in January. Never mind. Thanks for asking ! RJ & K MacLean”

“Very responsive and polite, however needed item for Christmas and Fed Ex let us down. Our grandson was without the vest we had especially ordered for him for the Christmas Eve celebration. The vest is perfect but the last minute timing for the delivery was disappointing and having it not arrive in time was especially sad.”

“I purchased a brooch as a gift. I have not been able to see the product in person, but I was sent a picture and it was beautiful. Shipping was quick, considering the holiday season and delivering overseas. I am very happy with the gift and plan on ordering more. I would love to give a higher score, but without seeing the purchase myself, I don't feel comfortable saying it was perfect. (I'll let you know with what I buy for myself.)”
