“One item in my order could not be shipped because of a delay at the mill. Although we were disappointed, we were happy with the quality of the other items.”

“Thank you. I'm thrilled with how the whiskey glasses look and arrived much quicker than expected, packaged so beautifully. The only down side is the size and I'm guessing that's more ignorance on my behalf, but i was expecting them to be tumbler size (New Zealand) tumbler size anyway. Perhaps you could insert the volume into the description for those of us not whiskey savy. Thank you”

“I love the merchandise received. I ordered a clan shirt and a tartan purse. I would have given a 5 star except in the lining of the purse, a seam busted within a month of use. I had to sew it up. Other than that, I am extremely happy with products ordered.”

“Hello, There was poor communication at the beginning, thus order was late, we would not receive it before we left abroad. It was unfortunate, as it was suppose to be a gift. However, lady who was dealing with it resolved the issue by offering an international postage and it has been delivered. We are grateful for that.”

“Don not be fooled by the Initial price you see, it is increased considerably when postage & VAT added, however the ordering process is straightforward. The quality of the money clip is very good & I am pleased with my purchase”

“I recently saw a coat of arms in a family members home, they purchased it in Scotland while on a trip to see an ancestral castle. A tip to Scotland to see these castle ruins will happen one day, but until then I can proudly display my beautiful DOUGLAS coat of arms on my living room wall.I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Good products and the information about the delivery with FedEx was very good. The commumication could be better concerning the order. When the delivery is not sent with in two or three weeks an information would be nice why the products cannot be sent.”
