“My first order of 3 t-shirts an 3 mugs was assembled and delivered to the US very quickly. Unfortunately I needed a larger size t-shirt and reordered two shirts. This order was delayed because 2XL white shirts were not in stock. I was surprised it took so long to obtain them and fulfill the second order.”

“Good quality, fast service, but were surprised by the duty and tax invoice from FedEx. We assumed all had already been paid. Don't mind paying what's due, but were surprised by this additional charge. Something may have been the fine print, but I must have missed it. Thanx none-the-less.”

“The crest is clear and bright on both items. The colors are bright, maybe too bright. It's almost comic book color, but hopefully it will fade out a little over time.”

“I love the Thistle Tie pin. Very well done and the perfect size for tie or lapel. The silk pocket square handkerchief Black Watch pattern was a bit dull and indistinct. These were bought for my Grandson's birthday to match his kilt. Wonderful service. Thanks so much! G.L.Barnett, USA”

“As a delivery to Australia the service was reasonably quick. The tie I ordered is very beautiful and absolutely top class. Unfortunately the clan tiepin I ordered snapped of the pin rendering it unusable, however I don't hold scotsClans accountable I think the pin itself was weak at the attachment from manufacture.”

“My dad and I both LOVED the product. Very well crafted and packed for shipping. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I inquired about a tracking number for my order and the lady was kinda rude with me. I am new to online shopping and did not realize that in some cases one has to purchase one. Otherwise we are extremely satisfied with our new heirloom. Thank you Scotsclans!”

“I ordered my clan tartan sash for an event. I emailed twice requesting an expedited delivery as the website gave a range of dates it would be delivered by, the earliest of which would be in time. I did not get a response, which was the only negative in my transaction with Scotsclans. I emailed again a week or so later, dealing with very helpful staff. My order was not going to arrive in time no matter what I paid. However, the lovely lady I dealt with had some of my clan tartan in a different fabric and she ran up a sash on a Weekend and dispatched it on Monday, so it arrived the afternoon before my function. I was very happy with the sash and very happy with the service.”

“I ordered a silk tie with the family tartan as a birthday gift. It arrived a month late for the birthday but my son was thrilled with the design and quality when it was eventually delivered in the USA. It seems that the silk is only woven to order. So, the moral of the tale is order well in advance and you will get an excellent product!”
