“My sash arrived in time.”

“The scarf I ordered was a good quality but the material is far too stiff for a scarf. I know it is silk dupion but it is stiff and heavy more like silk taffeta. It is more suitable for a sash that a neck scarf. Disappointed but I will keep it as it's my tartan.”

“I was happy to receive it in time for our village Burn's Night! However, I was a little disappointed that the sash was a bit too short to do anything except allow it to hang from my shoulder. Good quality tartan and the pewter brooch lovely.”

“Scarf / tie product is lovely--however, not the tartan I thought I ordered--will keep and am sure the black will be enjoyed but would still be interested in a tie with the Barclay plaid!”

“I ordered a Christmas present on November 5th. It was mailed December 9th. I did not receive it until the second week of January. When I FINALLY received it, it was wrong. While other e-mails were promptly answered, the one about the order being wrong has gone completely ignored. I ordered the hat and scarf set but received the hat and tie set which appears to be less money. I am not happy. UPDATE: I was just contacted by their customer service and they have made amends. Thank you Scotclans. I have upgraded my customer experience rating.”

“Good packaging, and it got here to the States quickly. Tartan which is printed on the wallet is good representation, Happy to find that my little iphone fits perfectly in the zippered area; meant for coins. Thank You.”

“Very nice item, however when I placed the order I emailed to ask if it would be delivered for Christmas, I was advised 4-6 weeks ( not in time for Christmas) so bought another gift for that person. Then a couple of days later received an email to say the order had been dispatched. Mixed messages folks !!!”
