“I recently purchased three mousepads and a mobile phone cover. The items duly arrived this morning after approx three weeks (I'm in Australia). The quality of the items was high and I am satisfied with them. The only issue I have with my order is that from the point of ordering to the delivery I had no idea where the order was in the process. I could find nothing on your website to show that I had, in fact, placed an order at all. I think it would improve your process if an order history was included on the site.”

“Excellent website, great items, wasn't too sure of exactly what i was looking for until i browsed through online shop, which gave me plenty ideas for sentimental gifts.. Only minor detail of fault i could give is from order to delivery was just over 7 days.. I ordered a coin from royal mint at same time as which arrived within 3 days,”

Hi the name is printed on as part of the design using a brush style font - its definitely not written on with magic marker!

“Got my tartan bowtie in a timely manner. Shipping seemed somewhat expensive. Material is nice bowtie design good but might be 1/8 inch wider for best tie in tie area.”

“I recently purchased a kilt pin and hose for my kilt, the quality is exceptional, though it did take quite a while for me to receive my order. I am still happy with your service as one of the orders I did order is a custom piece that I don't think you keep in stock. Keep up the good work and I will be back when I need to purchase other items. I find that you are one of the best at customer service as well as delivering quality products.”

“Personal contact was very good. The product was done beautifully and delivered without a problem. The only negative was this: I had to stop entering my initial order information before I had finished my credit card details. Someone at your end tried to process my order. I got a negative feedback on that card, and had to straighten it out with the card issuer before I could use it again. I'm pretty sure that I had not "pushed the final button" to complete the order from my end. Otherwise, I couldn't be more pleased with my new vest.”

“I bought these for my two grandchildren as the names linked to the tartans and motto are family names. One of the children is studying islands and weather by using Katie Morag and the Isle of Struan. Looking at tartans is part of their artwork, so I thought, being a retired teacher, that these Christmas decorations would be an ideal size to pop in her book bag and take to school. I have provided some further information, so she can explain it at school herself. Originally, I had been looking for some fabric or a reasonably priced kilt in the family tartans, but all were too expensive for a ten minute show and tell at school. I spend a fortune on bits for school! They are certainly robust enough for the job they need to do at school, but can also be used as intended at Christmas. It also provided an opportunity to talk about family history and names. I ordered one gingerbread man and a heart, which she loves. So far, a great buy! My only quibble is that the postage was a bit hefty even allowing for tissue paper, the jiffy bag and actual cost. e-bayers would slit your throat and give you a negative response if you made that much profit on postage! Thank you!”

“I have always been pleased with the quality and handling of the merchandise I have ordered. There are other things I want but they aren't in my family's tartan so I have not ordered them. I understand that these items are more expensive to make and it is not practical to make them in every single tartan! I enjoy the history that is included in my newsletter.”

“Enjoying my new bottle opener and love seeing the tartan when I use it. My only complaint is that the color is off. I have a scarf of the same tartan but the colors are totally different. Not that big of deal it's only a bottle opener. Just slightly disappointed. Service was GREAT and very quick delivery. I will definitely order from ScotClans again!”

“Ordered a men's Black Watch tartan vest. Nice workmanship and love the buttons. It's a little shinier than I thought, but still good looking. If you are between sizes, order UP. The European sizing is always a bit smaller, even if you use their size chart. It did take quite a while to arrive, but would use this vendor again.”
