“I ordered a silver clan tie pin & felt quite disappointed that the delivery due date would be a long time after my son's 21st. How surprised was I to receive a very well packaged item several weeks before both the expected delivery date but also the birthday. I cannot thank you enough for the speed of delivery and the amazing quality of the item.”

“My purchased item had a time limit and I was worried it wouldn't make it in time. After all, it wasn't in stock and they need to make it. Also the flight time was something to think about. So I mailed ScotClans about my problem, and they expedited the order. The item arrived very on time and looked good!”

“The pendant arrived wrapped very carefully. It is beautifully made with enough weight to stay put, without being too heavy. I love the details, and the nice polish it has! Thank you for delivering a wonderful piece that will be a conversation starter for years to come! I now have a wearable piece that reminds me of why my family made sure to pass on a bit of history of our Scottish ancestry through the names of my father, brother, and grandfather. Well done!”

“I ordered my clan tartan sash for an event. I emailed twice requesting an expedited delivery as the website gave a range of dates it would be delivered by, the earliest of which would be in time. I did not get a response, which was the only negative in my transaction with Scotsclans. I emailed again a week or so later, dealing with very helpful staff. My order was not going to arrive in time no matter what I paid. However, the lovely lady I dealt with had some of my clan tartan in a different fabric and she ran up a sash on a Weekend and dispatched it on Monday, so it arrived the afternoon before my function. I was very happy with the sash and very happy with the service.”

“Very good products at excellent prices. Customer service also excellent - nothing too much trouble and nothing rushed on telephone conversations if one has several queries.
