“Because I make an effort to support small, ethical companies and this was a specialized product, I hesitate to give the rating as poor. It may be a matter of custom or culture but I found the time between the placing the order and receiving the order very long (Oct.1- March 13) however; it was mostly the fact that it was Feb.20 before I received an answer regarding the order after 3 inquiries that bothered me the most. I appreciated the further email on the 21st and then the 28th notifying me the scarf had been sent. I received it 2 weeks later. The scarf itself is beautiful and was happily received by my 91 year old Auntie. It had been meant as Christmas present and so I thought ordering it the first of October would ensure it would arrive by that time. I would order again but I would do so when time was not a crucial factor and in fact we are visiting the area on May 10 and are looking forward to visiting the store. Regards, Wendy Wright”

“I ordered a daywear sporran with clan crest. The product took some time to arrive, which, I learned, was because it had been made to order with exquisite care. That showed — the person to whom I gave the sporran was thrilled. Thank you.”

“Amanda was very helpful when I wasn't sure what to choose as a present. Thanks so much for sending the extra tartan which made all the difference. Unfortunately the glass on the frame was broken when the package arrived but this wasn't your fault. Thanks again!”

“I've always been happy with anything I've ordered from 'ScotClans', one thing is that the clan tartan is consistent on all things I've bought, something that's not always true elsewhere. I like the fact that they seem to support independent manufacturer's and the delivery times are good if products are in stock. I always look forward to receiving their emails.”
