“I ordered a plaque and framed family history from Canada. My order arrived in 5 days! And it's exactly as imaged. High quality. Very proud to put this up on the wall! (And much cheaper than buying it locally)”

“The six items I ordered for my son, his wife, two year old son and 'one on the way' to take to Hong Kong when they move over there next week to a new job were received with great pleasure. With a Scottish surname although no Scottish accent between them(!)they are looking forward to accepting any invitations for Hogmanay or Burns Night confident that they will hit the right note with tie and sash. My daughter-in-law, and indeed I when I saw it, was absolutely delighted with the 'Wee Rutherford' embroidered on the baby-gro. She can't wait to put the new arrival in it in a few months time. All items arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue paper so packing them up was very easy. Thank you for such a good service which I shall happily recommend.”

Hi. We're sorry this happened. the pins are quite delicate but we sell lots of these and very rarely do we have one break. We would have been happy to replace it though if you had contacted us. We don't appear to have any message from you about the broken pin.

“By offering our clan's items. I recently ordered the Clan Kincaid tartan rosette with clan crest. Very nice! It will return to Edinburgh with me this August when our clan is honored at the Royal Military Tattoo in Edinburgh on August 22. Proud to wear it and others will want one too, I'm sure. I will tell them I bought it from ScotClans.”

“The business card case arrived as scheduled and it is quite attractive. However as I pointed out in an earlier response to you the metal case was stamped from thin sheet metal and the edges were sharp enough to cut! I was able to cut paper with one edge but am not brave enough to try it on my skin or clothing. Using a fine buffer I was able to smooth the edges to a degree that I feel is safe.”

“Following the death of my father and with only a week to prepare for his funeral I contacted ScotClans to see if I could source ribbon in his clan tartan to use on the flowers. Although this was not possible as the ribbon is produced to order Amanda had two small pieces of fabric in the correct tartan which she sent straight off to me and the parcel arrived in time for me to cut up the fabric and turn it into ribbon. She also made sure that I received a clan badge in time to use for the ribbon. Thank you, excellent customer service.”
