“The program Outlander prompted me to start thinking about my Scottish heritage. ScotClans not only has the most wonderful products but also has the most informative educational articles on their website. The lightweight Tartan Scarf in my family plaid is soft and beautifully made as is the tartan shawl. In addition, I've purchased music, books, crest badge, etc. and love every single well made item. Can't say enough nice things about owners Rodger and his wife! What a wonderful introduction to everything Scottish! Thank you!”

“i am very happy with my family Tarten I ordered from you its perfect and can,t wait to wear it . every thing is as expected . I want to thank-you for the prompt mail delevery , ! I was on vacation up in Washington state last week and was looking for " The Tarten Thistle " I was told to go check the shop out while I was up there . well their not a store anymore but an online store only ,but while I was talking to the owner on the phone she told me that I would probably have lots of trouble receiving this purchase from overseas due to coustems . and may never get it . ... so then I was really wondering ,What Have I done . then the next day I received your email that it was on its way and would be hear in 3-4 days . I can only guess that they want my buisness instead of giving it directly to you ...any way ,I am very happy with the entire order !!! THANK-YOU !”

“I found the website easy to navigate and it was easy to find the family name articles for sale. I found the website had interesting history and information on the Scottish Clans and Families. My wife is of Scottish heritage and I was looking for some gifts for her from her roots (Bruce). The owners answered several questions I had about items through email contact and they were easily reached and prompt with their communications. I am located in The United States and I received my package in a timely manor. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for Scottish items and I would shop with them again. -Daniel, Ohio U.S.A.”

“I was very pleased with the ordering and quality of the product I received. the only draw-back that I encountered is that there was no tracking of the package available so I wasn't quite sure when it would arrive, But, Overall I very much enjoyed using ScotClans to buy my item...the quality is superb! “I live in New Zealand. You made a kilt for me a couple of years ago and I am absolutely delighted with it and it attracts comments whenever I wear it. I have just received two little polo shirts for my grandson's with their clan crest on the shirts and they are fantastic. I think you do a great job and it is very easy to order from you.”

Sorry but i totally disagree. Considering these are hand printed to order with the option to customise them the price is very reasonable. It is very clear on the site that its printed not a carved plaque with tartan background which cost twice the price of this one. You are of course welcome to return the plaque if you don't like it.
