“I ordered and paid for my Clan Sutherland plaque on 20 January 2020, and it was delivered to my address in Queensland, Australia on 4 February 2020 - only 15 days, which was wonderful. And it was in good condition when I opened the package. The only problem I found was with the Royal Mail tracking service. It was woefully out of date every time I checked it, and was therefore not much help at all. Hope that these comments are of use. Regards Ian Sutherland”

“My husband and I both have Celtic backgrounds, but our ancestors came from Scotland, (not as convicts) as free settlers. We are interested in our Scottish heritage, age and distance prevents us from travelling Regards Laurel Leslie”
