“I ordered an iPhone6 cover with my clans tartan. The product is excellent. If you are in the US, the product took about 4 weeks to arrive from order to delivery. Be patient, the product will be worth it.”

“What a beautiful product! I ordered the lightweight wool scarf and it is superior to anything I have found in shops in my own town. The scarf arrived very quickly, and was wrapped with an informative card telling more about the family origin and tartan pattern. This is a gift and I I know the recipient will be delighted Would absolutely order from ScotClans again!”

“I ordered 6 pendants and chains as a present for my cousins. The Support desk was very kind and helpfull. All the questions I had were answered within 24-hours. It all arrived in time. The pendant it self is off very good quality. We now know where to order more Clan-stuff.”

“These products are gifts I thought the “ clan badge” looked cheap with its plastic cover. I was surprised the scarf didn’t come in a box or gift wrapped. I will not know until after Christmas when it’s given and unwrapped from my presentation what the quality is. It will fulfill its purpose hopefully.”

The badge cost £7.49 and was made up in the chosen clan to order, given the time it takes to do this and still only costs £7.49 then of course its a cheap badge, if it wasn't s cheap badge we would have charge more for it! also its described as 'resin domed' fail to see the confusion there at all. Furthermore we offer a giftwrap option but the customer declined to take this option and the scarf is not advertised in any way as coming 'boxed'

“I ordered several items on 4/10/18 (Order No 26411) and am still awaiting notification of despatch! Of course, this meant I had to turn up at my sister's birthday party empty handed. have you given up on this order? Will I get a refund? Will my sister get an apology?”
