“I reached out to customer service twice over the period of 10 days after receiving a recent order of four Christmas clan ornaments, but nobody ever got back to me. The ornaments were a huge disappointment...too tiny to even be seen on a tree (literally the size of a small coin), and not something I would be proud to give to my siblings (as I had planned). Having tried twice to contact the support team and not hearing back, I will now never again buy anything from here.”

“It took a very long time for the order to be completed and shipped. The stole was a lot smaller than it appeared in the photos, and isn't as warm. I love having my clan tartan, but I'm disappointed in the purchase.”

“I ordered a fleece vest with the clan badge embroidered on the chest. It came within the delivery time given at checkout. The quality of the garment was a very pleasant surprise. It is luxuriously thick, the color is brilliant, and the size is perfect. I will be ordering more items for my family.”

“I can't fault the quality or the prompt delivery of the sash that I ordered. I was attending the funeral of my uncle and as the only McLellan there, I wore our clan tartan and I know that he would have been proud. Thank you ScotClans”

“Not at all what I was looking for, which was for something warm to put around my neck for winter! This is far too thin for my personal requirements, hence the low star rating. I do admire the quality of the weave, though; I did not realise that lambswool could be woven so finely. My fault for not doing my homework.”

“I recently bought a tie and crest tie pin. The tie was exactly what I wanted, great quality and beautiful colours. However, I have to mention I was slightly disappointed with the size and of the crest on the tie pin and quality of tie pin. The crest tie pin on the website is displayed differently to what you receive. On the website it is displayed as though you would receive a tie pin that is entirely the clan crest. Whereas you receive a small plastic white square with a picture of the crest on a metal clip. But overall I was happy with my order and would order from ScotClans again.”

“Lovely quality product, beautifully wrapped. Was a little disappointed in the size of the glass, they were a lot smaller than anticipated even though I observed the measurements before purchase just in the flesh are very small. Would definitely order from here again.”
