“I have to say I was somewhat disappointed both with delivery time and the glasses as well. The glasses do not have the feel of quality that I was expecting.”

“The items I received are beautiful. The only problem I had was when I ordered I couldn't find a delivery time. I ordered these items to wear on vacation to Scotland. I ordered approximately 3 to 4 weeks before I left and I didn't receive the items until a couple days after I returned from my 2 week trip.”

“I love the clan history print but the frame was definitely broken on one corner on arrival. I glued it but I'm now thinking of just re-framing the print.”

The framed print was packaged securely and in good order when it left us - we would have been happy to organise a replacement frame if the customer had contacted us first rather than just giving us a bad review. We always replace any broken frames even though it's not our fault.
