“I ordered a sash of the clan MacLaren tartan. It is a lovely sash made of soft lambs wool. I was a bit apprehensive because I was ordering from the States. We here in the U.S. are proud of our family heritage. The order came through smoothly. This is an honest company. I definitely recommend them.”

under the delivery information tab for the scarf we have the following important information: "Made to order. Please add between 14 to 21 working days to your standard delivery time." It's always important that customers take time to actually read and understand the information on delivery for the items they are ordering as most are custom made.

“I recently had my cousin from Canada come over, she wanted to renew her vows and was looking for a Handfasting Ribbon. Amanda at Scotclans was very helpful and managed to get this delivered to me within a week, including embroidery. Fantastic! service would highly recommend this company.”

“I ordered Wee Morag from ScotClans in memory of my late husband who was Scottish and had a good friend named Morag. She now has pride of place in my living room and she is lovely. Apparently the packaging didn’t survive the trip and she was rewrapped by Australia Post. Also, I believe that I have not yet paid for Morag but I can’t see on any of your paperwork how you want to receive payment.”

“I found ScotClans online after unsuccessfully finding a Ferguson clan kilt in America. Amanda at ScotClans was wonderful; she answered all of my questions, provided adequate instructions for what they needed to complete the order. When the order was complete, she sent me several pictures of the process, which we thoroughly enjoyed seeing. She provided the shipping tracking information as well. The only thing we would have liked to have had when we received the kilt was a note to explain the thread in the pleats. However Rodger was very quick to respond to my inquiry. We are also extremely thankful for Amanda's hard work to complete this within a slightly more limited time frame. Her dedication to our order was above and beyond what you'd likely get anywhere else. Thank you both for this amazing gift!”
