“I was very pleased to find ScotClans online. I had been researching my grandmother's maiden name, Miller, and was pleased to find a Clan that included the Miller surname. Bought scarves in both hunt and dress and I'm very pleased with them and the cost. I'll be sporting these this winter!”

“I love the product and have used ScotClans before with no issues but this time there was a delay with getting stock which meant i had to chase the order. In principle this is fine but a proactive message to manage expectations would have been significantly preferable.”

“My mother in law comes from Scotland and the McClain clan. My wife is proud of her Scottish heritage, so when her key chain, which had a key fob with the McClain tartan it was stolen, I wanted to get her another. The one I bought from ScotClans was exactly what I and she wanted. It was a great gift, especially because I gave it to her on her birthday.”

“I purchased a small hip flask, which, when I finally received it, was beautiful. BUT, even though I was aware of the 3 week time frame from factory, and I had allowed 6 weeks before occasion, it didn't arrive on time. I also had to prompt, twice, information on when item was getting sent. So make sure if you order, allow 8-10 weeks.”

“Didn't receive my order, contacted customer services but was ignored and have had to raise a complaint via PayPal in an effort to be refunded. Thankfully it was only a small order but please beware this company especially if you are ordering something special.”
