“I recently purchased this Clan Badge from ScotClans. And it is a beautiful Clan Badge. However, as it was advertised, I believed that it was a smaller version of the standard Clan Badge (of which I have a few). This one is still beautiful. But not as small as I had hoped. But it is the best one that I have purchased so far! Outstanding!”

“Not the highest quality. It is cute to have clan correct tartan stuff. But the stuff is small in size, medium to low quality, and pretty over-priced in general. I would buy again, but only if I really needed something that I couldn’t find somewhere else.”

“Disappointed! Ordered two special shirts in June to wear in August, for gathering of the clans, very slow delivery. One is much too small, not enough time to return and replace. Will not order anything again that needs to fit. Next time I am in Edinburgh I will buy where I can try on first. Shirts are just mid-level American quality, way overpriced, even with a nice appliqué . Learned my lesson!”

“The sweatshirt arrived & I'm glad of that but even though I ordered an XL and it's plenty long it's so tight/narrow I can barely zip it up. Doesn't seem right to me. However I don't know what to do about it.”

“I was a bit concerned about the quality for the price. But when I received my stamp, it was well wrapped to protect it. It is solidly made and the rubber stamp is deeply cut so the image has well defined ridges making for a sharp, really sharp imprint. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent business. I ordered from them knowing that I would be in Edinburgh approximately 6 weeks later. They allowed me to order and pick it up once I arrived in the city. Extensive collection to choose from, merchandise in excellent condition, and very helpful and friendly customer service. When they became worried that I had not made it by to pic up the items yet, they contacted me and asked if they needed to post it to my house instead. Wonderful service!”

“I ordered a tie for my husband in May. I sent one follow up email asking for information and was told that ties take about 3 weeks. No other communication was received so now he does not have a tie for our special occasion next week. VERY UNHAPPY!”
