“I am always amazed by the friendly and helpful customer service I get when I call with questions regarding my orders. I am able to shop and order online with ease and am extremely satisfied with the quality and promptness of my purchases. One time I placed an order for 6 of the lovely lambswool scarves, one for each of my sisters in our family tartan. You were out of them at the time but you arranged with the mill to get them made for us in time for my Christmas surprise! I just ordered two more scarves for my Daughters-in-law. They arrived immediately to my home in Washington State USA, ready for Christmas!!!”

“I am SO glad I came across the Scot Clans site! I just in the last year found out (through DNA testing and geneology research) that I have quite a bit of Scottish blood. Scot Clans has so many lovely items available that allow me to "connect" with my Scottish side! Their products are very good quality, and their customer service is WONDERFUL. When I was looking for an item that I couldn't locate, they informed me that the item was currently out of stock and then offered to contact me when it became available. Less than a week later I received an email from them that they had located a new supplier and asked if I'd still care to order the item. That kind of personal service is rare these days!”

“When I came home from my trip to Scotland, I realized I forgot to pick up a bookmark for a friend who is very in love with the Outlander series of books. I got on line and shopped your website and very easily found what I needed. What I liked was you and a telephone # in which to order in the US. It gives the opportunity to ask questions and the lady who helped me was both friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop your web site as I need to and I thank you for such good service. “i purchased 2 meters of tartan. one each of 2 different tartans. it took longer than i had thought. like about 5-6 weeks. i had contacted them about it and what happened was that the mill didnt get the order completed. but once i contacted them, i had it within a week. the time wasnt a problem because i didnt need it right away. the only real problem was that the one tartan that i ordered was different than what i thought i was getting. online in the picture it showed it as having a white background which is the one that i really wanted and when i got it it was a darker gray background. i was told that i got what i ordered. the problem was with their picture online showing it as white. because there was a sentimental issue with why i really wanted the one with the white background, had i known that wasnt the right one, i wouldnt have ordered it. thankfully tho after i explained this to amanda moffett, she said that what i was looking for was the dress tartan with the white background and that she would try and find it for me and get a meter of that tartan. if it wasnt for the sentimental reason that i wanted the white the gray would have been ok. but like 30 years ago, my dad had been over there and had brought home the tartan with the white background and had made us girls kilts. we no longer have those but that was the reason i wanted the white background. for the memories that it brings back. what i'm doing with the fabric is making a tote for my sister and i out of it. even tho i had gotten disappointed because the tartan wasnt as it was pictured online, i am very happy with amanda making it right for me. i would definitely order from them again. i had been searching for a long time for this tartan and was happy when i found them. i do appreciate the great customer service they provided to me!”

“The order arrived in good condition, and amazingly fast - one and a half days from Scotland to California! I love the magnets and they are already on my refrigerator. The little books are full of interesting information. I'm sure I will be doing business with ScotClans again.”

“I've used Scotsclans several times now and have found them to be fantastic in keeping constant contact with you. This is particularly reassuring as I live in Australia so the goods have quite a distance to travel. Albeit in my last transaction there was some confusion on delivery of placemats and the fact that they thought they had emailed me but had not, I would still highly recommend this website as they emailed me immediately apologising and the goods arrived very soon after with some discount coupons to use for next time. In general a very polished service in an area of online purchasing where there are many unreliable sources out there. Would highly recommend especially to those new to the online purchasing scene.”

“I am very pleased with the quality of the Ladies Wool Tartan Sash I ordered from Scotclans. The Pointed Celtic Scarf Ring came with an interesting card explaining the significance and history of it's design. I received my order very quickly. Customer service was excellent. “I had a specific idea of what I wanted, and ScotClans made it happen. The website made it easy to find the item, choose our clan, and check out. I had to use another service to calculate my total in USD, but otherwise it was all very easy. I received the tie last week and can't wait to give it to my dad for Christmas!”
