“Actually including my name in the email would have been nice, instead of "Dear [Name]". Also, since I have several plaid scarves, including the name of the clan on the scarf would be helpful to keep them all straight.”

“Calling from America I was not sure of the level of assistance I would receive in a "blind" order. The woman I spoke to on the phone was most helpful. Once my products were made I was able to follow them to my home via postal tracking. I could not be more pleased the both the product and the service!”

Hi - Thanks for the review. Regarding washing please be aware that there would have been additional washing instructions tagged onto shirt. Once printed the garment needs different care, please do not tumble dry as this can effect the transfer, i'd also recommend a cool wash. Hope you enjoy it! ScotClans
