“I wanted a family-appropriate tartan scarf for a Burns' supper. Having left insufficient time for this to be available from the manufacturer, I 'phoned the ScotClans helpline and the pleasant woman who took my call said she would 'do her best'. In the nick of time my scarf (and scarf ring) arrived. Beautiful products, timely and friendly service. SB”

“Was happy with the product, but not the overall price I paid. Upon order it came up to Canadian dollars not American and I spent an extra 50$. Not very pleased about that..”

“Hello and Thank You for a splendid purchase experience. We could not be happier with the beautiful clan "Buchanan" pewter quaich With Gold Coloured Trim. The cup arrived a few days ago, much to the great pleasure of our friends, to whom we gave this gift in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary. “It would have been helpful to know when I placed the order in early December that you were shut down for the month. I did not get my item in time although I had ordered with 6 weeks. The item has come in and is nice but your business side is lacking.”

“It took a long time to get the product. I sent an email to ask about my order, I got a response that was meant for someone else. The product finally came. It was poor quality for what I paid. The key rings were nothing like the ones that I had bought in Scotland. I was very disappointed. I bought over $200 worth of product and will never purchase from this sight again.”

order was placed only a few days before Christmas so not enough time to place the made to order scarves with the mill before they close down. order was put in with them as soon as they re-opened after the christmas break, arrived and were dispatched within the expected timescale. Keyrings were very cheap items but again have to be resin domed to order so no issues with the quality given the time involved in making the up.
