“I ordered a bodysuit for my baby daughter (standard airmail to Canada). Two months later, when it still hadn't arrived, I started to worry it was lost in the mail - and that even if it did arrive, it would be too small as babies grow so quickly. I emailed ScotClans, and received a very kind offer of a replacement bodysuit, at no charge. A couple of weeks later, the original order arrived. The bodysuit is lovely and well made. Photos of our "Wee Urquhart" daughter were a big hit with family and friends. A big thank you to ScotClans for such an amazing customer service, very impressive. Highly recommend.”

“ordered two sample kilt swatches wrapped with a lovely thistle. one was quit nicely doe, the other looked like a one handed person had attempted to make it. the mckibbon swatch was perfect. the mcgee swatch was very poorly done.”

“Great information on website pertaining to clans, good selection as well. Return communication needs improvement, however, when returned, communication was great. Product was MUCH better than I would have hoped for or expected, time between placing order and receiving order were within their timeframe annotated on the website. I do recommend this company and will use them again myself.”

“Order arrived with no damage. As I am in Australia, it would be a good idea to inform overseas customers when the order has been shipped as a courtesy. I was getting worried that it would not arrive. My order took 4 weeks to get to me. Other than that, I am very happy with ScotClans.”
